Janel Rieder, RN, BSN
Co-Owner, Administrator, and Vice President

Janel Rieder, RN, BSN, Co-owner, Administrator, and Vice President, as well as a Bachelor’s-level Registered Nurse, oversees and trains staff for client care. Janel’s experience in the medical industry has included assessing, analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for an inpatient telemetry acute care hospital unit. Additionally, Janel has experience working as an RN in a civil commitment/locked mental health unit, as well as in the Oregon State Women’s Medium Security Prison.

Janel has seen too many of her patients and their families struggle with illness, rehabilitation, and simply aging, all the while longing to remain in the comfort of their own home. She has observed her patients being re-admitted to the hospital for the same conditions because they do not have support at home. Often, a patient has a loving family, but they live too far away to provide daily assistance for their loved one. Janel has the medical knowledge to provide continuity of care from the hospital or rehabilitation to the home. Her team effectively coordinates the transition from these facilities to the client’s home. Her goal is to keep clients safely in their own homes as long as possible.
